There are two basic follow up methods you should consider; Paper and/or Computer. Some of the PAPER methods include: A day planner, The old post-it note method, 3x5 cards and index file box with tabs numbered 1-31 and Jan-Dec. Some of the COMPUTER options will include: A FREE program called TASK PLUS, a PALM Pilot, or MicroSoft Outlook (not Outlook Express), ACT, or Goldmine. Remember the best Follow-up system is only as good as you are committed to using it. Also, at the end of a conversation with a prospect, set your follow-up schedule right then and there - a week, a month or even next year - just log it immediately! You will need to be SELF-motivated to work and grow your business each day using any Follow-up system that works for you. If you Follow-up your sales will surely go up as well.
